9th Annual Taste of Thanksgiving: Int'l Student RSVP

You are cordially invited to the 9th Annual Taste of Thanksgiving hosted by the Chancellor's Secretariat Office, the CA Program, International Association and the English Association, with support from the HSBC Business School, the School of Transnational Law, the Yinyuan Catering Company and Happy Meal Time Catering. The party will be held from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM in Canteen #1 (2nd floor), on Friday, November 24th, doors open at 6:30 PM. Join us for an evening of food and singing!

The festivities will begin with a Thanksgiving Toast by Professor Thomas Sargent from PHBS, followed by a taste of traditional Thanksgiving dinner foods. This year’s turkeys are catered by Metro and our sides will be prepared by Frankie’s, an American restaurant and bar in Futian. Desserts come from Baeckerei Thomas in Shekou. After food, we will have karaoke with English and Chinese songs, and everyone is welcome to participate.

Space is limited to attend the dinner portion of the night (7:00-8:30 PM). In order to keep a balance between international and Chinese students, there is a limited amount of tickets available and are only open to PKU. Tickets are free of charge, but you’ll need to RSVP before Friday, November 24th at 9:30 AM. RSVPs must be made on Eventbrite for official acceptance. Other submissions unfortunately cannot be accepted. After 8:30 PM, the Thanksgiving event is open to all regardless of RSVP.
